The prices indicated above are per room per night and include one or two breakfast (Service and VAT included). Payment is made upon departure from the hotel. A credit card number is, however, required in order to guarantee and secure reservation. No charge will be made to the card at this point.Early departure fees will be assessed upon check out to those departing prior to original check-out date.

CHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made after 20th May 2010 will be charged for one night. In the case of no show, there will also be a charge of one night. All cancellations or changes should be made in writing and sent to Organizing Secretariat: ifm@ccmi.org.cn or Fax +86-10-6846 5044 6841 8034.
