CHANGES AND CANCELLATION POLICY
A refund, less than 20% deduction for administrative costs, will be issued for written cancellations received by 4th May 2010. For attendees who notify their cancellation after 4th May 2010 or will not attend the conference, a charge of 100% of the conference fee will be withheld and a copy of the proceedings will be sent after the event. All cancellations or changes should be made in writing and sent to Organizing Secretariat: ifm@ccmi.org.cn or Fax +86-10-6846 5044 6841 8034.
In order to facilitate the organization of the China International Forgemasters Meeting 2010 and be able to provide answers or reports for Organizing Committee, all personal information will be filed under the Law.
